All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after receiving the payment.

Delivery times are:

• Bournemouth and surrounding areas on the day and time that suits you by personal delivery
• Other UK & Europe 3-5 working days
• All other areas worldwide 5-10 days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery.

Delivery prices are:

• Free delivery for orders above £30 – please choose the correct option at checkout
• Orders below £30 – £3.95

Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas etc., it may take slightly longer to receive your parcel. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

Packaging

At CollagenColwayUK we care about the environment, that’s why we use minimum packaging.

Orders in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas are packed only in paper bags, and orders sent by mail will be packed in previously used envelopes and boxes.
